Map / Directions Dr. West's office is located in Lake Forest, just east of the 5 Freeway. From the 5 take Lake Forest Dr. east towards the mountains, past Rockfield. Just after the next signal (Aspan) there is a turnout on the left. That is Lambert. Turn left, and take the first driveway on the right. Jog to the left and we are in Suite 603. If you are coming down Lake Forest from the East, after Muirlands, turn right on Lambert. Take the first driveway on the right and jog to the left to Suite 603. Here is a MAP to our office.
